- Coded invoices can be submitted to your insurance to facilitate reimbursement.

This assessment includes: A case history review, parental interview, assessment of your child, recommendations and a one page written summary of the visit.
Payment Options
Prescriptions are required to be faxed to 347 491 4451 before any and all treatment sessions can begin.
Fully coded invoices will be provided at the end of each month to each family via the email on file.
Families can submit paid invoices to their insurance company – for out of network reimbursement back to them, once payment is provided to us first.
We make no grantees for reimbursement. Contact your insurance company.
We are a private pay out of network provider only. Payment is due at the end of each month via cash, credit card or Zelle.
